Our formulas are made with gentle, skin-loving ingredients. However, because everyone’s skin is different, we recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.



How should I store my products?


Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to help maintain their quality.



Will my body butter melt during shipping?


Because our body butters are made with natural butters and oils, they may soften or melt during extremely warm weather. If this happens, simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes before use. Melting does not affect the quality or performance of the product.



Do you use preservatives?


Our products are carefully formulated for their intended use. To help maintain product quality, always use clean, dry hands or a scoop when using your skincare products and avoid introducing water into the container.



How long will my order take to ship?


Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.



Do you offer free shipping?


Yes! We offer FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more within the United States.



What is your return policy?


Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
